Neo is a very friendly and affectionate declawed cat. He loves being petted, held, and sleeping on the bed at night. Neo was surrendered because of allergies in the family. He does like a clean litter box so as to prevent accidents. Neo has been neutered, vaccinated, tested for FeLV/FIV, microchipped, and is on Revolution for heartworm, ear mite, and flea prevention.
