Katalin is a sweet older cat. She likes to be the only cat in the home. She is fine with young children as her previous owners had grandkids over occasionally. She really loves to have her head rubbed.
Please contact us or stop by an adoption event if you are interested in meeting Katalin.

human's want is to come home and not only find your cat dead from electrical shock, but your house might also be up in flames from kitty's misadventures. Neither is a nice thought!
Now that I have bored you to tears, please remember that I have done so out of love for all of those pet felines who just want to have fun and don't care about the risks associated with it. For a more detailed article, please visit www.folsomfelines.org.

Earlier this year I mentioned that we were expanding our SNYP program for companion animals to Rancho Cordoba, Antelope, and North Highlands. Little did I know that we would be able to expand the program to all of Sacramento County! Every time I think we have reasonable goal in mind it seems that we still manage to exceed it. Take Catwalk 2004 for instance, One of our big fundraisers for the year. It just completed with over $5100 in donations and the donations are still coming in. That is almost double from last year so next year I challenged our group to double it again. This is the momentum we need to continue for our battle against pet overpopulation.
Our trapping program is once again in full swing. UPN channel 31 (KMAX) gave us some fantastic coverage by filming a 2-minute segment at one of our trapping locations. This kind of media coverage is critical to getting the word out about our programs and the problems the community is facing with pet over population. Go FFR!
That's it for now, until next time, keep on trapping.
