Hello again! Well here we are 3/4 of the way through the year and still no end in sight for unwanted litters of kittens. So I want all of you out there that are busy doing something for the animals to take a moment and pat your self on the back for jobs well done. It is only with your help that an end to over-population will ever be achieved.
Some exciting news to share in this issue is that we have been asked by PetsMart in Folsom to run their Love-A-Pet center and provide cats and kittens for adoption all week long. Already our first weekend was a smashing success with 7 felines adopted and people calling during the week about cats they have seen at the center. I have high hopes for this relationship in particular because it gives our cats and kittens visibility all week long and with a 2-3 day rotation all our available animals get some exposure.
